Work ethics in an organization keep the workforce together and committed to the same principles. HR Ethics encompass a set of behavioural norms expected to be followed by all employees within an organization. It is also the embodiment of the core values on which the organization has evolved. Whether the issue is sexual harassment at workplace or monetary mismanagement, misuse of e-mail/data integrity or any behavioural integrity – any breach of the code of conduct is always viewed seriously.
